iSleep Return & Exchange Policy
1. 200-Night Home Trial
All iSleep mattresses come with a 200-night home trial, allowing you to try your mattress in the comfort of your own home.
(1) The trial begins on the delivery date and ends at midnight on the 200th day.
(2) As your body may take time to adjust to a new mattress, we recommend trying it for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange or return.
(3) The 200-night trial applies only to mattresses.
Non-mattress products (including pillows and mattress protectors) are not eligible for the trial.
(4) Clearance items or promotional clearance sales are not eligible for the 200-night trial.
(5) The mattress must be kept in clean and undamaged condition during the trial period.
(6) This commercial trial is offered in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
2. Returns
(1) 14-Day Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Returns within this period are free of charge.
(2) Returns During the 200-Night Trial (After 14 Days)
If you decide the mattress is not the right fit after the 14-day withdrawal period, you may return it during the 200-night trial.
A €80 collection service fee will apply to cover transportation costs.
(3) Returns are not accepted after 200 nights from the delivery date.
(4) To request a return, please email hello@isleep.ie with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos showing the condition of the mattress
Once approved, we will arrange a collection within 3–5 business days.
3. Exchanges
If the mattress is not the right fit, we usually recommend an exchange for another iSleep model.
(1) Exchanges during the trial period are available with a €50 collection service fee.
(2) After the replacement mattress is delivered, the original mattress will be collected within 7 business days.
(3) To request an exchange, please email hello@isleep.ie and our team will assist you with the process.
4. Refunds
(1) Refunds will be processed after the return process is fully completed. The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive store credit (with an additional 5% bonus).
(2) Full refunds (minus any applicable return fees) are available during the trial period. However, if the product is damaged by the customer (e.g., stains on the mattress, structural damage such as deformed springs), a deduction will be made based on the extent of the damage.
5. Other Information
Photos provided for return verification are used exclusively for quality inspection and will be automatically deleted after the return process is completed.
